The villa consists of two levels.
The ground floor of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen along with its dining table and the living room. Furthermore, it also features one bedroom.
The first floor features a desk area, two more bedrooms with balconies and two bathrooms.
The outdoor area includes the swimming pool, the sunbeds and the umbrellas, the barbecue, the outdoor dining area parking space for one car as well as a shower.
One bedroom with twin beds is located on the ground floor of the villa.
The second bedroom with twin beds is located on the first floor and also has a balcony.
The third bedroom features a double bed and it is also located on the first floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with A/C and heating system.
One bathroom with bathtub is located on the ground floor.
A second bathroom with bathtub is located on the first floor.

Although it is located next to the vivid summer resort of Acharavi, it is not so crowded and it is meant for those who seek tranquility and peacefulness during the summer vacations, all in a natural landscape. The shallow, safe waters of Almyros beach are ideal for families with children. There are some tavernas in the area but for more options, the guests can visit the neighbouring resort of Acharavi.
