Villa Santa Barbara is located on a lush hillside overlooking the village of Agios Stefanos Sinion and the Albanian mountains.

It consists of the ground and top floor.

The ground floor features the dining/living room area, the kitchen, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom and the guests’ W.C.

The top floor features one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

The outdoor facilities include the swimming pool, the garden, the outdoor dining area, the shaded sitting area, the BBQ and the table tennis.

Throughout the villa there is diffused elegance and a sophisticated atmosphere. Wander through the gardens, enjoy a game of tennis, swim in the pool or relax on the veranda.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom is located on the top floor and features an ensuite bathroom.

One twin bedroom is also located on the top floor with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

One double bedroom on the ground floor, also has an ensuite, opening to a sea view balcony.

A fourth twin bedroom with an ensuite shower bedroom is located on the ground floor as well.

Three bathrooms are ensuite to the bedrooms.
